About FindTattoos

FindTattoos is a curated directory of tattoo studios across South Africa. Instead of scrolling through endless search results, you can browse studios by city, see their Google rating and review count at a glance, and go straight to their address, phone number, website, or Instagram.

How studios are chosen

Studios are sourced from public Google Maps data and shortlisted using a combination of star rating and review volume, so a studio with a strong rating built on hundreds of reviews ranks ahead of one with the same rating but only a handful. The directory currently covers 45 studios across 10 cities, with more being added over time.

What we don't do

We don't sell photography or accept payment to influence a studio's placement or rating — ratings and review counts come directly from Google. Studio photos shown here are sourced from publicly available sources; if you run a studio and want to be featured with your own photos instead, get in touch via the contact page.

Something out of date, or want to be removed?

Studio details change — if you spot an outdated phone number, address, or link, let us know and we'll fix it. If you'd rather your studio (or a specific photo) wasn't listed at all, contact us and we'll remove it, no questions asked.
